Heidi Klum[ˈhaɪ̯di ˈklʊm] was born on June 1, 1973 in Bergisch Gladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, West Germany is a German-American model, television personality, businesswoman, fashion designer, television producer, and occasional actress. On 1999 Heidi Klum became first German model to become a Victoria's Secret Angel. She also appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Forbes magazine estimated Klum's total earnings US$20 million in May 2011. She is second ranked on Forbes' list of the "World's Top-Earning Models", behind Gisele Bündchen.

Heidi Klum is the daughter of Erna, a hairdresser, and Günther Klum, a cosmetics company executive.
