Kristel Aina Oquindo Fulgar was on born December 30, 1994 is a Filipina actress. Best known as Kristel Fulgar. She is known for her roles in Goin' Bulilit, Maria Flordeluna, Dahil Sa Pag-ibig Got to Believe and Bagito.

Kristel Fulgar studied at the University of Santo Tomas and graduate with Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts on May 27, 2015.
