Zoë Isabella Kravitz was born on December 1, 1988 in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California, U.S. is an American actress, singer and model. Kravitz lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City. She first appeared in the films No Reservations (2007) and The Brave One (2007), and played Angel Salvadore in X-Men: First Class (2011).

Zoe Kravitz is the daughter of actress Lisa Bonet and musician Lenny Kravitz. Both of her parents are of half African American and half Ashkenazi Jewish descent. She attended Miami Country Day School and then Rudolf Steiner School in Manhattan, New York, where she graduated in 2007. She began studying on 2007 at the acting conservatory at the State University of New York at Purchase.

Kravitz has a maternal younger sister, Lola Lolani Momoa, born in July 2007, and a younger brother, Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa, born in December 2008, from her mother's marriage with actor Jason Momoa.
