Sue Ramirez  raised in Parañaque City, Philippines and born to James Peter Dodd an American retired senior officer of the US state department and her Mother Concepcion a Filipina company vice president. She has three older sisters and one older brother. She attended high school in Sacred Heart School in Manila.
